Dissatisfied with BD beaters on the market, we have designed two new ones that deliver a rich punch even on small bass drums or when played quietly. Due to the large contact surface and the higher weight of the beaters, both models achieve voluminous basses even at low impact strokes.
The Super Punch Beater is only slightly heavier than a standard felt beater but offers rich bass and punch even with light hits. At higher volumes, however, it develops a real thunderous rumble and is still easy to control and looks super cool with the revolver hole pattern.
The Fat Punch Beater is a solid felt beater for training the foot muscle control. Of course, the weight also gets a bass drum going quickly, but the higher mass needs to be controlled. A great practice tool for nimble feet!
